We are planting Mountaintop Asheville Church in Asheville, NC, with the belief that God desires for people to experience His help with HOPE through worship, ENCOURAGEMENT through small groups, LOVE through missions and be PREPARED through the study of God's word. 

MAVL Church takes a relational, family-oriented approach to ministry, focusing on meeting people where they are and addressing their needs. We are dedicated to helping individuals become the church within their own neighborhoods.

Pastor Masco is deeply passionate about helping people discover who Jesus is and what He has done for them. He firmly believes that with God, all things are possible! His love for God and people is at the heart of his ministry. As an Assemblies of God licensed minister and a small business owner, he is committed to helping individuals make life-changing decisions that shape their destiny. His life and ministry partner, Geraldine "Jerrie," is equally passionate about creativity and the arts. She desires to see God's creativity expressed through individuals' talents and gifts. Together, they serve as the lead pastoral family at MAC.

They believe the time has come for Pastor Masco and Geraldine Settles to share God's love and creativity, reaching out to souls throughout Asheville and the Buncombe County area, in collaboration with other Spirit-filled churches.

This year, our sermon series will lead us in drawing near, from, and with God. Pastor Masco Settles will share practical ways to deepen our connection with God, empowering us to help others become Jesus-centered. Be sure to join us online or in person for our regular Sunday services at 10:00 AM!

The Back2School B.L.O.C.K. (Bringing Lots of Community Kindness) Party is an annual event that brings together businesses, nonprofits, educators, and local government to support families in Pisgah View Apartments.
